Local senior living community along with other area partners will host team competitions and winners will be awarded medals.
Yuma, AZ., April 8, 2024 — Dates for the 2024 Yuma Senior Games have been announced. The games will be held on October 4 th , 11th, and 18th . The competitions will be held at several locations across Yuma and will offer a platform for seniors aged 65 and above to engage in friendly competition and camaraderie while participating in a variety of low-impact sports activities.
Events will include ping pong, pool, darts, and shuffleboard. The Yuma Senior Games provides an opportunity for participants to showcase their skills, make new friends, and celebrate the joys of active aging.
The Yuma Senior Games will feature two-person teams competing in various sports categories, with gold, silver, and bronze medals awarded to top performers. More details about registration, event schedule, and specific sports categories will be released in the coming weeks.
