There are several low-impact exercises that are suitable for senior citizens, depending on their health conditions, fitness level, and personal preferences. Here are some of the best low-impact exercises for seniors:

Walking is a low-impact exercise that is easy on the joints and can be done almost anywhere. It can improve cardiovascular health, strengthen muscles, and boost mood.

Swimming is a low-impact exercise that is gentle on the joints and can improve cardiovascular health, muscle strength, and flexibility.

Yoga is a low-impact exercise that can improve balance, flexibility, and strength. It can also reduce stress and promote relaxation.
